POLITICA DE RE-EMBOLSOS DE DINEROS PAGADOS EN CONCEPTO DEMATRICULA y/o COLEGIATURA , NOSTRIFICACIONES, REVALIDAS, EQUIPARACIONES, EQUIVALENCIAS, GASTOS DE GRADUACIÓN, GASTOS DE GRADO, CURSOS LIBRES, ETC.

No refunds after three (3) natural days are offered or given. All refunds for nostrifications are minus a handling surcharge of  EUROS 150.00 + plus any and all banking fines, penalties and charges will be deducted from your payment.
Estudiantes, aspirantes o matriculados de estas modalidades no se ofrecen ni se darán reembolsos de pagos luego de los (3) días naturales posteriores a la transacción. Todo solicitud de reembolso se aplicarán un cargo de manejo de150.00 EUROS además de cualesquier cargo bancario, penalidades u otros en las que el grupo educativo incurre al tramitar el reembolso.

0 – 24 hours or one natural day – Refund is 60%.
25 – 48 hours or two natural days – Refund is 40%
49 – 72 hours or three natural days – Refund is 30%.
73 -      hours or Four natural days forth – Refund is 0%.

0 – 24 horas o un día natural – Reembolso hasta el 60%.
25 – 48 horas o dos días naturales  – Reembolso hasta el 40%
49 – 72 horas o tres días naturales  – Reembolso hasta el 30%.
73 -      horas o Cuatro días naturales o mas  – Reembolso es el 0%.

For Enrollment Fees: Once paid, No refunds are offered or given on enrollment fee’s actually paid.
Matricula: Una vez cancelada este rubro, el grupo educativo no ofrece ni dará reembolsos en los pagados en concepto de matrícula.

For Course Fees: During the first 10 natural days you get up to a 50% refund minus actual banking charges.
                           From days natural days 11 forward no refunds.
Cursos: Debidamente justificada y durante los primeros diez días naturales el /la matriculado puede solicitar el re-integro del dinero cancelado en concepto decolegiatura, no obstante en ningún caso se le devolverá mas del cincuenta por ciento del monto realmente pagada.

A partir del día número 11 en adelante el grupo educativo no ofrece ni dará reembolsos.

For Course Suspension:  During the first fifteen natural days of your enrollment period you may request a suspension of enrollment in your course(s) up to a maximum of (3) courses per academic cycle. On natural day number sixteen (16) forth, no suspension of course enrollment is allowed. The suspension of the course does not result in any refunds. You have a period of four (4) calendar months to reactivate the course, if you do not reactivate the course you will not obtain a refund.
Durante los primeros 15 días naturales desde el la fecha de su matrícula, usted puede solicitar congelamiento de su(s) materia(s) hasta un máximo de (3) materias en un periodo cuatrimestral. A partir del día número (16)  no hay congelamientosde materia. El congelamiento de la(s) materia(s) no resultarán en re-embolsos dedinero. El matriculado tendrá un periodo de gracia de 16 semanas calendarios para volver hacer el curso. Si en los próximos 16 semanas no la matriculase, pierde el total del monto cancelado.

GRADUATION: Graduation fee’s are not refundable.
Graduación: Los costos de graduación no son reembolsables.

MAIL: Mailing costs are not refundable.
CORREO: Los envíos de certificaciones o otros servicios no son reembolsables.

RE-TEST / JURY DEFENSE : Any and all fee’s paid to cover defense of your thesis before a Jury is not refundable. Re-take fee’s are not refundable.
EXAMEN DE AMPLIACIÓN / DEFENSA DE TESIS: Cualesquier monto pagado en concepto de examen de reposición no son reembolsable. Cualesquier monto pagado en concepto de pagarle al Jurado de defensa de tesis no es reembolsable.
